Company Background
PT. Tri Solusi Neo Optima began as Vortex IT Services in 2008, providing custom software solutions to help businesses integrate their processes with information technology.
In 2009, we expanded into network services. By 2011, we added hardware sales and services—covering servers, PCs, laptops, CCTV systems, fiber optic networks, PABX, and smart home solutions.
Today, TSNO offers a complete range of IT services: consultation, design, implementation, support, and maintenance. We serve clients across multiple industries and regions throughout Indonesia.
